We purchase bikes on your behalf from Japan's leading auction platforms — AUCNET, BDS, JBA and ARAI — then handle all domestic logistics to our Hakata port yard, container vanning or wooden box packing, and full export documentation through to Bill of Lading.
STEPS TO YOUR BIKE
1.
Please contact us. We will provide you with information about the market price of the bike, a preliminary estimate of the costs of buying a bike in Japan in accordance with your requests.
2.
If you decide to buy a bike through our company or deal with us permanently, we will send you a contract for the delivery of the bike and an invoice for payment of the deposit.
3.
After receiving the deposit, we will begin bidding on the ordered bike.
4.
After the bike baught at the auction, we will inform the customer about it and arrange domestic logistic to the company`s yard at the port (only Hakata port is available for container shipping) vanning to the container for shipping.
5.
After the bike has been arrive at the company`s yard at the port our staff make a photo of bike and send it to the customer.
6.
We will inform the customer of the date of planned shipment from Japan, the customer will pay the remaining costs incurred in Japan.
7.
We arrange to van the motorcycle into the container or pack it into wooden box (limited destination available) for shipping to the destination country.
8.
After the bike is exported from Japan, B/L will be issued and provided to the customer with container`s vanning photos.
